convenient location friendly staff
the location was very convenient. bus stops were just outside the hotel, , made getting around easy. the staff were friendly and helpful, i appreciated their assistance with directions.
the room was a bit small. it felt slightly cramped with luggage

missing wardrobe missing ironing board
The staff were mostly really lovely. I cannot fault that.
It lacked a wardrobe! there was only a peg with some hangers by the window, obscured by a worktop, difficult to hang longer items. the absence of an iron or ironing board was also disappointing as i really needed one.

uncomfortable room hot room
the location was convenient with bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around.
The room was too warm, and despite calling reception for help, no one came to adjust the temperature. The phone was slammed down after my request. this made for an uncomfortable night.

helpful staff spacious room excellent location
The staff were wonderfully helpful. I was very grateful for their assistance . my room was clean. Spacious and well kept. i also found the location to be excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions!
The bathroom could be a little bigger. It felt slightly cramped.
